Reporting lost/stolen card

You must report your card lost/stolen immediately if:

  • you lose your card
  • your card ends up in the possession of another person
  • your card is retained by an ATM or other terminal abroad
  • your PIN ends up in the possession of another person

 

You must report your card lost/stolen even if you only suspect any of the above. Contact your bank’s card blocking service to report the card lost.

Your liability for any fraudulent use of the lost card ends when the card has been reported to be lost/stolen.
